Fall brings so many exciting things including one of my favorites… FOOTBALL!! Of course then football brings parties, drinks and FOOD! My family is big into snacks and finger foods rather than a full blown meal.
We are a dip family – we love dips of any and every kind! There are several different kinds of dips that you can make but I am sharing on of my favorites today. Be sure to try this crockpot recipe the next time you are having guests over for a football game or a fall party. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!
INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts or thighs
3 oz buffalo chicken sauce
4 oz cream cheese (half a container)
4 oz ranch or blue cheese dressing
1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Celery/Chips for dipping
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in a small pan and heat over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning the chicken once while cooking.

2. Remove the chicken from the pan and shred into pieces. Set aside.

3. Add the cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the crockpot. Heat on low for 30 minutes to melt everything.

4. Add in the chicken and mix together. Heat on slow for 2 hours to ensure chicken finishes cooking.
5. Add the shredded cheese and mix all together.
Serve warm alongside chips or vegetables and ENJOY!! 🙂
What are your favorites snacks and finger foods?

I make ours almost the exact same way!! Except I usually cheap and pick up a pre cooked rotisserie chicken on the way home and just shred it into the dip instead of cooking the chicken myself. So good! My husband always requests this on game days. 🙂
