December Fashion

Wow! We are almost through our first full week of January and first work week of the year! It feels good to be back in routine mode and getting the year started. I start to get super ancy pants when we are out of routine and there is no plan or agenda. Trust me I love long, much needed breaks but I am so used to routine and structure it gives me anxiety when there is no agenda 🙂

Back to reality and back to keeping up with my weekly outfit recaps. I love sharing outfits and awesome deals and steals I find with you. As far as trends and styles, I love a little bit of everything. I LOVE mixing prints and pairing different colors and pieces together.  My outfits consist of comfy/casual to sparkly/blingy and a touch of southern/edgy. I made these up as I dont really have one favorite style but I try to change it up everyday!

Here are some of my favorite outfits from December:

I wore this during some Christmas shopping. It was still in the 70’s in Dallas so there wasnt much need for anything warm yet. Obsessed with cowboy boots and wear them with everything!

Kimono: Francesca’s

Top: Forever 21

Leggings: Target

Scarf: Charming Charlies

Kate Space cup: Swoozies (Dallas)

Top: Forever 21

Scarf: SheInside

Shoes: Target

It actually was pretty chilly this day for some more Christmas shopping! This was Christmas eve so I was sporting my “Best Day Ever” mug from Starbucks!

Tank: Old Navy

Cardigan: Nordstrom Rack

Jeans: H&M

Scarf: Old Navy

Shoes: Target

This is the most comfortable sweater I have ever owned! I found it at Charlotte Russe during a Christmas sale for $20! I have linked it below…. And my clutch was a super find at Old Navy during the Christmas sales for $10!!!  (Please excuse the messy bun, this was the result of a screaming toddler not wanting to go shopping)

Sweater: Charlotte Russe

Leggings: Target

Clutch: Old Navy

Shoes: Steve Madden

I am hoping to continue sharing my outfit inspiration and all of the goodies I find every week.

I would love to know what trends and styles you are loving right now?

Brittany 🙂

  1. Our styles are similar and I love getting outfit ideas from you! I have a similar pair of leopard sneaker style shoes and I feel so cool when I wear them (lame), because it’s not a style I would usually gravitate towards.
